Madelynn Skajewski

Hello!

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Madelynn Skajewski, and I am the Owner/Photographer of Ski Photography LLC.
I specialize in newborn and classic portrait photography including family/senior/maternity/engagement,
but also photograph weddings and milestone sessions!
My style of work is described as bold, bright, and timeless.

“Ski” has always been easier than “Skajewski,” which is how my name came about. I am 29 years old, and absolutely love the outdoors! I am the Director of youth ministry at our savior’s Lutheran Church, and also a worship leader! I love being able to use my musical gifts to worship god.

I have been doing photography for 10 years now! My passion started in high school when I picked up my first camera in photography class.
I knew from that day on that this would be a hobby I would cherish forever!

At age 20, I accepted a job opportunity (through “Bella Baby Photography”) to photograph newborn babies at the Sanford Hospital Nursery. Over 3 years, my clientele grew so much that I knew I had to say goodbye to Bella Baby Photography, and officialize “Ski Photography LLC.” It was such a hard decision to make, but the best decision I could have made for my company.

Since then, my work has been featured on Dakota State University’s website, I’ve worked with local banks for professional headshots, and also worked with dating applications to help showcase their clientele! I continue to educate and grow through workshops and education seminars!
